Terms of Use (EULA)

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Fireecho Game regarding your use of the WordConquer Search application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App.

License Grant

Fireecho Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA and any service terms that may apply to specific services or features.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Fireecho Game or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Use the App for creating weapons, planning illegal activities, or any other illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Fireecho Game. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Fireecho Game.

Third-Party Services

The App may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services, including through third-party advertising ("Third-Party Services").

You acknowledge and agree that Fireecho Game shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. Fireecho Game does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.

Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

Subscription Services

WordConquer Search offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99 USD per month
• Annual Subscription: $9.99 USD per year

Subscription Benefits: Subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience, additional game features, and exclusive content.

Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected subscription plan.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your device
2. Tap your Apple ID
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select the WordConquer Search subscription
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Refund Policy: All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. Please note that we cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

Price Changes: If the subscription price changes, we will notify users in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

Free Trial (if applicable): If a free trial period is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising purposes. By using the App, you agree to the AdMob and Google Privacy Policies. For more information on how Google uses information from the App, please visit Google's Policy for Partner Sites.

Term and Termination

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Fireecho Game.

Fireecho Game may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice.

This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Fireecho Game, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. You may also terminate this EULA by deleting the App and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your computer.

Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device or from your computer.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fireecho Game and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the App; (b) violation of this EULA or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.

No Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Fireecho Game, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the App, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, Fireecho Game provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the App will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Fireecho Game or its affiliates, or its and their respective licensors and service providers, have any liability arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App or the content and services for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, cost of substitute goods or services, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, computer failure or malfunction, or any other consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, whether arising out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, regardless of whether such damage was foreseeable and whether or not Fireecho Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this EULA

Fireecho Game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and Fireecho Game submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco County, California.
